The squirrel was back again to dine atop our swing set! Thank goodness for my zoom lens.

- I left a career as an insurance underwriter back in 1993 to stay at home with my kids and I have never once looked back. I've been fortunate to find a job that I can do from home and have done so for the last 16 years. I am blessed with a great husband and two wonderful kids. Life doesn't get any better than that...well, throw in a beagle or two and it is a smidge better! A love of our faith is #1 in our home and always will be.

It looks like he's not suffering too much in the winter. I love his thick bushy tail. Well captured!
Hmm, well they do say we photograph 10 lbs heavier than we actually are. I didn't even think about the size of the squirrel until the comments came in. Yes, he truly is rather "fluffy"!!!

Wow... I have never actually seen a squirrel that fat! They don't have to pack on the pounds so much here in Florida as they have food mostly year round.
