Smart Car, Day 110
We pulled into a gas station next to this car. I had to get a pic as these cars just fascinate me. As I began to lift my camera, and our car moved forward, the driver of the Smart Car looked back at me - I was sunk - I couldn't very well point my camera straight at her while she was looking back at me. I was bummed. But then she got out to use the restroom. If you look in the background, you'll see her going in! I lucked out and got my picture. These cars get something like 69 miles to the gallon on the highway. Pretty impressive, I think.

Nice shot Dot !
We were browsing a car dealership yesterday afternoon and saw several of these cars on the lot, and five in the showroom had sold signs on them.
great shot! love the lightning colour of the car! These car´s are fantastic you´ll ever find a parking place
Cool picture and neat little car -
That's a shiny ruby red smart car! And the driver is also in red! The police will certainly spot that car - glad you got the pic....Enjoy RT!
Very cool little car. Great photo Dot!!
Yes, Linnea - I too noted that she dressed to match her car!!!!
heehee!! I saw them for the first time in Europe last year, and I've seen a few around town here now too! They are fun, aren't they?
These are so cute! My friends sister has one and she loves it!
I think I've seen one around our town. They sure are small. I'd be uneasy on the highway around the semi-trucks in one of those!
Great capture. We have Smart cars here in Norway also. :)
