The Torch Has Been Passed, Day 61

Today, my husband taught my son how to operate the snow blower for the first time - another rite of passage and I was there to capture the moment.

I know my husband looks forward to the day when MonkeyBoy will be able to mow the lawn. It's so great that you could capture this passage!

Great pic -- don't you just LOVE these types of rites of passage?! Pass the chores on... tee-hee.

Great photo!

We don't even own a snow shovel ~ it's my goal not to own one! LOL!

Oh Sujomi, I mowed for the first time three weeks before the birth of my son, and never passed that job on to him when he was older.

Sujomi, the lawn mowing got passed on down about 2 years ago! Wish I could just pass the housecleaning, meal planning, and laundry on down......

Something seems so unbalanced here....don't you think?
