Here is a close-up of the ring I mentioned in yesterday's post. Please note, because she is a music student, she was able to get a G clef inscription on the side of her ring. The kids can customize their rings to match their interests in school.

There is an expensive ring that she will wear until June and then put in a box to be forgotten. :) I know this from experience. It is very pretty though.
I wore my class ring on that finger also, and my stone is a similar blue. Oops, but I just got my ring out and it fits on my index finger now. Perhaps I'll share a pic of it someday! :)

Here's hoping, Michelle, that she'll wear it longer! Since she graduates next year, we will get at least 14 months of wear!! LOL.
Actually, my daughter is a ring wearer so she may wear it even longer than that - only time will tell!

Beautiful ring! I like the way the rings are personalized now. When I went to school they were much more similar.
I still have my class ring...and my kids always try to steal it because they think it's so cool. :)

I did not buy a class ring either in high school or college. I do reget it. It's very lovely and I hope it reminds her of wonderful memories of school.
It is an extremely nice ring and worth wearing in its own right. I hope your daughter really does find she wants to wear it for longer.
